Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 worldwide. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate based on destination (see rates at checkout).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States / Canada / Mexico: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom / Europe: 10–18 business days
Asia Pacific: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties or customs fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Two Refund Options

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, we offer two options:

Option A — Keep It, Get Refunded (recommended for items under $30): We issue a full refund and you keep the item. No need to ship anything back. This option is available for all products and is the fastest way to get your money back.
Option B — Return for Refund (for items over $30): Ship the item back to our facility for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gao65645616@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
