We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Guangzhou, China. Below are our shipping policies and estimated delivery times.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate applies based on your destination region.

Estimated Delivery Times

Americas: 7-15 business days
Europe: 10-18 business days
Asia-Pacific: 7-12 business days
Other regions: 14-25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
